Interior Demolition Project

IDS was selected to demolish a substantial portion of the interior finishes at the Norcross Industrial Center, a 100,000 square foot facility that was for three decades the Mizuno Golf World.  In 2019, a developer purchased the property with the goal of modernizing the industrial park.

Our team removed a large portion of the interior build-out including walls, ceilings, floor coverings, and all MEP.  We also removed the 4,000 square foot steel mezzanine as seen in this time lapse.

We are pleased to continually be a part of renovation projects that bring new opportunities to communities. The Class B Industrial building will begin leasing the industrial spaces for multi-tenants that will bring continued economic growth to Norcross and surrounding Gwinnett County.
