Grace Midtown Church
A revitalization project in the heart of midtown
Grace Midtown Church is in the heart of Atlanta’s vibrant epicenter, the church neighbors historical communities, the Atlanta BeltLine and the bustle of Midtown. Before it was the church it is today, the building was a vacant demolition company warehouse. The church organizers had a version to restore the property and bring amenities such as an auditorium, courtyard, offices, student housing, and a childcare facility to their congregation.
With Grace Midtown's goals in mind, Interior Demolition Service was grateful to be a part of this momentous transformation. The scope of work included stripping interior finishes and removing a large portion of the existing 8,000 square foot roof which included the structural steel. An extensive concrete slab was cut a removed for new plumbing trenches. Additionally, our team creates 20 large openings in the exterior block and brick wall for new doors and windows.
While many projects require complete demolition we value the opportunity to be a part of bringing new life places with a history. Today Grace Midtown hosts numerous events that serve the community. Interior Demolition Service is proud to help clients realize their vision through the services we offer and our team's commitment to excellence.
